BRAVE Gym is the first fitness facility of its kind in Pakistan, built around functional training rather than the traditional bodybuilding routines found in most gyms across the country. It’s the training ground for a new generation of fighters working toward the rare privilege of representing Pakistan on the world stage.

It’s also the center point for combat sports in the country: the team behind BRAVE Gym put together ARY Warriors, the biggest fighting spectacle in Pakistani MMA history, and continues to train the future of combat sports here.

BRAVE Gym is the Pakistan franchise of an international gym brand founded by a leading MMA organization owned by the Crown Prince of Bahrain. The Lahore facility occupies 10,000 sq ft inside Packages Mall, built out in a warehouse-style, purpose-built structure right in the middle of the city.

It was Pakistan’s first sports-specific performance training facility, built to help athletes already at the top of their sport perform even better. BRAVE Gym sits inside the growing A Sports family, alongside a roster that spans cricket stars, top tennis players, MMA fighters, world champion boxers, Olympic swimmers, and international CrossFit athletes.

With that network behind it, BRAVE Gym has become the hub for Pakistan’s next generation of super athletes.
